2025 End-of-Year Webinar: How Dealers Are Preparing for the Year Ahead

Taking stock of the previous year, and looking ahead to the next

2025 was a year of recalibration for equipment dealerships — softening demand, higher carrying costs, and a whole lot of pressure to move used inventory. So how did dealers navigate it, and what does it mean for 2026?

In this on-demand webinar, Tractor Zoom's Andy Campbell, Director of Insights, is joined by guest expert Jamie Gudeman, Director of Sales Operations at PrairieLand Partners, for a data-driven look at where the market stands and what's coming next. Andy walks through the latest equipment valuation and dealer sentiment data, while Jamie brings firsthand dealership perspective on how to turn this year's lessons into next year's opportunities.
