Your Tractor Zoom Subscription May Qualify for AGCO Co-Op Reimbursement

If you're an AGCO dealer, you should already be aware of their co-op program. You get an annual allocation of funds to spend on marketing activities that help drive equipment sales. What most dealers don't realize is that your Tractor Zoom Pro or Anvil Pro subscription may be eligible for reimbursement using your co-op funds.

Here's what that means in practice.

How AGCO's Co-Op program works

AGCO loads dealer co-op funds at the start of each year, earned as a percentage of your Dealer Allocation tied to your Sales Forecast. In 2026, those funds can be spent on a range of approved marketing and business development activities as listed in AGCO’s official guidelines. AGCO also maintains a pre-approval process for activities outside the standard guidelines.

That pre-approval path is where Tractor Zoom Pro and Anvil Pro come in.

Why these tools fit

Tractor Zoom Pro

Tractor Zoom Pro is a market intelligence and workflow platform built for equipment dealers and financial institutions. It gives your team access to $75B+ in real equipment sale data, updated daily, across 40,000+ make/model combinations. Use it to pull real-time comparable sales, complete trade-in appraisals in the field and on the desktop, and flag used inventory at risk of aging before it costs margin.

For AGCO dealers specifically, the data is clear. Ziegler Ag Equipment reported a 60% improvement in appraisal efficiency. AgRevolution, an eight-location AGCO dealer group, used Tractor Zoom Pro's Equipment Tracker to eliminate the three unaccounted units they averaged every month across their locations, and gained the ability to advertise used equipment the moment it arrives on the lot. Across AGCO dealers on Tractor Zoom, the average turn rate runs 9.39% higher than dealers not using the platform.

Anvil Pro

Anvil Pro is a dealer intelligence platform built on Salesforce that connects your CRM, inventory, quoting, appraisals, deal pipeline, and order-to-cash into a single workflow from first customer contact through final settlement. AGCO OEM program data is native inside Anvil Pro Quote, so your sales team can search, filter, and apply current AGCO programs without leaving the platform or hunting through PDFs.

AGCO dealers go live on Anvil Pro within three to four months, and the platform sees 80%+ average adoption across dealership teams. For dealerships running both platforms, real-time market data from Tractor Zoom Pro flows directly into Anvil Pro's quoting and appraisal workflows.

How to submit a claim

The process runs through AGCO's co-op portal at my.oneagco.com. Here's what to do:

  1. Log in to my.oneagco.com and navigate to Marketing > Marketing Tools > Co-op Advertising.
  2. Select Requests and click New to start a pre-approval request.
  3. Enter your subscription details, including the tool name (Tractor Zoom Pro or Anvil Pro), invoice amount, and dates.
  4. Upload your invoice as supporting documentation.
  5. Submit for Approval. AGCO's claims team will review within two business days.

If your subscription is already active, you can submit a claim directly without the pre-approval step. Claims must be submitted within 60 calendar days of your invoice date.

What to expect

Dealer-executed activities are eligible for 50% reimbursement under AGCO's co-op program, meaning roughly half your subscription cost may be recoverable. AGCO's claims team reviews submissions within five business days of receipt.

Questions about the co-op process: NA_Coop@agcorp.com or 1-800-205-9004. Questions about your Tractor Zoom subscription: reach out to your Tractor Zoom account rep or request more information at sales@tractorzoom.com.

Note: Reimbursement through AGCO's co-op program is not guaranteed. All claims are subject to AGCO's review and approval process, available fund balances, and compliance with 2026 co-op guidelines. This post has been reviewed and approved by AGCO prior to publication.
