Wayne brings more than three decades of hands-on dealership experience, having worked his way up from a high-school parts delivery driver to senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Aftermarket for a large multi-store dealership group.
Throughout his career, Wayne has been deeply involved in parts and service operations, inventory management, absorption strategy, and leadership development. Today, through WB Global Services, he works directly with dealership owners and management teams across North America to identify inefficiencies, strengthen processes, and build sustainable aftermarket profitability.
