September 2024 Product Updates

In September, Tractor Zoom Product and Engineering teams have implemented new updates to the solution suite that ensure you have access to honest, accessible, and actionable equipment insights for your business decisions.

Reports in Tractor Zoom Pro Equipment Lists enable you to save a list at any point in time and export it as a file for reporting purposes. When exporting a report, it is especially useful to see the details of each machine in the list. This functionality was implemented based on direct feedback from our customers’ credit, audit, and risk teams.

New this month to the Reports options in Equipment Lists is the "List and Comparables With Photos" Report. When selecting this option to download, you will receive a PDF that includes the existing images for comps and in-field equipment, complete with the most important metrics for those lots of equipment. This PDF download provides other key stakeholders with the confidence that users of Tractor Zoom Pro already experience.

Also new in Equipment Lists, our financial customers may set limits, or conditions, for selecting equipment comparables, such as sale recency and location.

If comparables are selected that do not meet those set conditions, approval is required to utilize the comp. This ensures each organization follows their specific requirements and has proper internal review, if necessary.

If a lending condition is out of the set limitations, a warning will appear on equipment cards in Search Results and Equipment List asset comps screens and exported reports.
