This month, Tractor Zoom engineering team implemented new functionality across Equipment Lists, Inventory, Search, and Appraisals. Check out the changes below and reach out any time with feedback.
In
Equipment Lists, you may export any of your saved reports, and it is especially useful to see the details of each item in the list. New this month is the List and Comparables Report export, which provides you a download of your list items with comparables included. This functionality was implemented based on direct feedback from our customers’ credit, audit, and risk teams.
Now in Equipment Lists, you can see the Total Lien Value calculated from all equipment listed with liens. This total updates automatically when a new piece of equipment is added with the lien value under the Ownership Options tab. It can also be edited for existing equipment under Lien Values and Position. Tracking the total value and lien position is crucial for monitoring your risk portfolio. This new functionality provides quick insight and more transparency as you can export this data in a Simple List report download.
The new Risk Rating capability in
Inventory enables you to see which items in your inventory pose a high level of risk to your overall bottom line, providing you with clear insight into equipment that could be prioritized for repricing or review. Risk Rating combines several data metrics like number of days listed, market price, carrying costs, etc., with details and activity also documented for your review.
In
Equipment Search, we’ve expanded the equipment categories for Smart Descriptions to include Chemical Applicators. Smart Descriptions uses Generative AI to process and analyze complex and incomplete equipment descriptions to identify the unique attributes that influence machine values. You can already capitalize on
Smart Descriptions for tractors, combines, and planters; now, easily dig into the keyword-rich descriptions for self-propelled sprayers, dry and liquid applicators, pull-behind sprayers, and more.
Now in
Appraisals, we’ve streamlined the activity and comments for each piece of equipment. Click the Activity & Comments section to see all existing notes and a digest of completed actions.
